Your order will be processed after we have received your payment. You will receive your track & trace when your order is shipped.

Once shipped, arrival time for packages may vary from country to country. For an estimation of the arrival time of your order, check out the 'shipping times' terms in the support section in the menu. You can find this in the menu on the top left of your screen.

We understand that sometimes items may not meet your expectations. Our return policy allows returns within 14 days of receiving your purchase for a full refund or exchange of the products that you ordered (excluding shipping and returning costs).

For refunds and exchanges please email info@coldfashionmarket.com, we will create a returning label and send it to your email. The price of a returning label will not be covered by coldfashion and will be deducted from your refund. The price of the returning label varies from country to country. Shipping and returning costs are non-refundable.

You will receive a tracking code automatically once your order has been shipped. If you have not received your tracking code within 4 days after ordering, send us a quick email or DM on our instagram. @coldfashionmarket

For orders outside of the EU: orders are handled by the local carrier of your country once it has crossed the border of your country. You can track your order on the tracking page of their website with the use of the tracking code received from us. If you aren't sure which website to use, we have some examples for different countries. You can find these at the 'track your order' page in the support section in the menu at the top left of your screen.

At Coldfashion, we aim to have a restock once a month. We aim to restock the bestsellers where we can, giving some people a second chance to grab a pair of our exclusive sneakers. Our restock drops often sell out within minutes, especially with our growing community. We always announce the restock dates on our Instagram page.
