MAKE A RETURN

We understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations.
Our return policy allows returns within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange (excluding shipping costs).

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original condition

  • With all original tags attached

Coldfashion reserves the right to decline or adjust refunds for items that are damaged, worn, or returned in a condition other than originally received.

Once approved, you will receive a return label by email.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping and return costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund if applicable.

Netherlands, Belgium, Germany & Austria: €7
Rest of EU: €12
United Kingdom: €20 / £17
Rest of the world: €25 – €50

Return costs may be higher depending on the size of the order.

For returns or exchanges outside of the EU, return label pricing may vary.
