MAKE A RETURN

We understand that sometimes items may not meet your expectations. Our return policy allows returns within 14 days of receiving your purchase for a full refund or exchange of the products that you ordered (excluding shipping costs). The items must be in their original condition with tags attached and in their original condition. We remain the right to decline or adjust the refund for products that are damaged or not in their original condition. 

HOW TO RETURN:

We are currently working on our returning portal. For returns and exchanges please email info@coldfashionmarket.com, we will send you a email with your return label. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping & returning costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping & returning costs will be deducted from your refund. 

 

RETURNING PRICE PER COUNTRY:

The Netherlands, Belgium & Germany: 7 euro

Rest of EU: 12 euro

UK: 14 euro/ 12 pounds

Outside of EU: we are working on the returning label prices for orders outside of the EU, send us an email if you would like to return or exchange your items.
